Is there any functions that run before building?

I need a function thats run before the factory starts building like OnPrepareArmToBuild for the ACU and engineers or is there a function i can hook or create for each time you click on a unit to build? thanks.|||There isn't one for factories. OnStartBuild is the first callback to run when a factory starts construction.
