help with minor mod

its been a while but i finaly got supreme commander forged alliance, and i wanted to modify the seraphims t1 mobile anti airgun to fire on land and air and fire out of transport, i also noticed when making the combat scout fire out of transport they cant.. i assumed you cant because it cant rotate towards its targets. i diddnt try the anti air gun but hopefully he can fire below himself...and hey we survied another end of the world!|||Only turreted units can fire from transports, so if the T1 AA's weapons are turreted (I don't think they are, but check their blueprint), then that will work.
Making it able to fire on land units is as simple as changing the weapons' FireTargetLayerCaps table to include land-based layers in the target strings. The only weapons I'm aware of in the base game that can fire at both land and air targets are gunship guns, so use those as an example, except with 'Land' as the source layer instead of 'Air'.
