[FA]Solved] splitting a string

[:1]Hi,
if i want to split these words into 2 how do i do that..
'T1Land', 'T1Sea', 'T1Air',
i want to split them to get T1 AND Land Or T1 AND Sea Or T1 AND Air

how do i do that.. ?
