Start-up Movie

[:1]I have already modded my FA to have the Vanilla Main Menu Movie playing. I have also gotten the start-up movie to be the Vanilla one. Which are the sound files I have to shift across to get the music which goes to both movies, as they are still playing the music from their FA counterparts?|||hey cool,
i guess you just copied over the moves and renamed them to the same fa counterparts.. :)
you might want to look at this mod..
http://forums.gaspowered.com/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=49373
although it doesnt change the sounds "yet" it will give you an insight into which files you need to be look at and the general setup for your mod.. :)|||I have narrowed it down. The file SupCom.xgs is the file which contains the THG and GPG logo sounds, and both the Movie and the Menu background musics. Simply switching the FA version of this file with the Vanilla version is not working, and delivers no sound. Any ideas?|||aeoncleanse|||gpglogo.sfd
FMV_SCX_Intro.sfd
nvidia_logo.sfd
thq_logo.sfd
main_menu.sfd
These are the files I have noted as having replaced with their Vanilla equivalents. The THQ, GPG, and Nvidia clips all have correctly synced sounds, I guess because they are the same from Vanilla to FA. The intro movie from Vanilla then plays, but it plays to the soundtrack from the FA intro movie. The main menu displays the footage from the E3 trailer, the same as Vanilla, but to FA background soundtrack.
It also looks like my previous post was incorrect. Removing SupCom.xgs for some reason prevents any of the in-game sounds from being played, be it music, interface, or unit sound effects. This is not a universal engine cutout, however, as removing other files while leaving SupCom.xgs in place does not have this effect. I am still in the dark as to which sound files correspond to the intro movie and Main Menu soundtracks...|||aeoncleanse|||Errrm. Title.sfd? I must have renamed it after shifting it to the FA folders.
